and soon SEAT RELAY. Tickets obtained through third-party sites (such as StubHub, Seat Geek, Vivid Seats,
random person in the Facebook comments, Craigslist, guy on the corner and the list is long) are often resold
by scalpers and may not be real so therefore they will not be valid for entry. Please purchase with caution and
always buy direct at DUVAL HALL, ETIX and soon SEAT RELAY.

Buyer Beware: The only authorized ticket seller for Duval Hall shows are DUVAL HALL, ETIX.com, and coming soon SEAT RELAY. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid due to payment issues and very well may not be honored at the door. Tickets purchased from outside sources are often inflated in price and are not eligible for assistance if tickets are lost or stolen or if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the venue. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, duplicate or voided tickets, guests should make their purchase through authorized outlets only: DUVAL HALL, ETIX and coming soon SEAT RELAY.

Please download your ticket(s) to your mobile device prior to coming to the event. Please have tickets in hand on your phone or printed from home and ready to scan upon arrival. Printed tickets should be distributed to each member of your party prior to arriving at the gate

Unfortunately, you can’t. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from third parties you don’t personally know. All tickets are scanned at the door, and duplicates or reprints will be rejected -This is non-negotiable. Every barcode only scans once, so if someone has already used it, you’ll be denied entry. Please be cautious — buy at your own risk. The best point of purchase and the only points of purchase that are guaranteed (unless duplicates) for your tickets is us, Duval Hall, Etix.com and soon – Seat Relay.

All Sales are final & tickets are non-refundable unless an event is Canceled in its entirety.

POSTPONED or RESCHEDULED EVENTS: For Postponed events, the original (legitimate) tickets purchased will be honored for the rescheduled event date.

CANCELED EVENTS: If an event is canceled in its entirety, refunds will be given automatically. Tickets purchased with a credit card via Box Office, phone, or online at DuvallHall.com, Etix.com, and/or Seat Relay (coming soon) will automatically be refunded to the original credit card used.

We want everyone to have an incredible experience at our concerts and our events. Our venue is ADA compliant and we’re always happy to help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you use a wheelchair or have specific accessibility needs, just reach out before any show being promoted by Duval Hall — we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Please note for events that are venue rentals (typically, any event that is not a concert) –you will need to reach out to the organization renting the venue for their event as they are solely responsible for providing these accommodations for their attendees.

Duval Hall does not issue Press Passes. All press inquiries should be directed to the band’s publicist, label or management. Please note: Once the aforementioned issue these to you, they also give the venue (us) a list. If you are not on that list -you will not get in with a Press Pass.

Duval Hall is committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Clothing, jewelry, accessories, bags, patches/pins, or visible tattoos may not display content that, in the sole and reasonable judgment of Duval Hall management, includes any of the following:

Hate symbols or imagery, or content that promotes, endorses, or celebrates hatred or violence toward any person or group based on protected characteristics (including race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability, or any other status protected by applicable law); Slurs, demeaning language, or hostile stereotypes directed at a person or group; Symbols, logos, or imagery commonly associated with extremist or hate organizations.

Enforcement: Admission and continued presence at Duval Hall are conditioned on compliance with this policy. Guests may be asked to remove, cover, or secure prohibited items. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the premises. Removal for violation of this policy may be without refund, where permitted by law.

Duval Hall enforces this policy in a non-discriminatory manner and consistent with applicable law.

We do not provide coat check for concerts.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside Duval Hall and this includes the outside entrance Plaza. We have a designated smoking deck accessible from within the venue for anyone who needs it. Dip is also prohibited.

Yes, our bar is open during concerts and the majority of events. We also have food! ELITE FOOD & BEVERAGES handles all of our eats & treats. Check them out here.

We have over 5,000 well-lit parking spaces available directly outside the venues -super easy access and plenty of room.

If you’re expecting Guest List access to a concert at Duval Hall, make sure you know exactly who put you on it — and double-check with them 24 hours before the show just to be safe. You’ll need a valid photo ID to pick up tickets from the Guest List, no exceptions. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t take responsibility for mix- ups made by bands, radio stations or promotional partners.

For concerts at DUVAL HALL, no large bags or backpacks are permitted inside the venue. Smaller purses or handbags are allowed but must not exceed the size of a standard 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of paper and will be searched upon entry. IMPORTANT: Event Rentals (typically non-concert events) are private rentals where you will reach out to that Event and ask for their particular policies.  

You are welcome to snap away with your cell phone. But if your camera has a detachable lens or looks like it belongs on the red carpet, it’s staying home. And of course, absolutely no flash photography. That said, the band’s rules always take priority — and while most artists are cool with quick cell phone pictures or videos, almost no one wants a full-on photo shoot without prior approval. Pro tip: Give the Box Office a call on show day (later in the afternoon) for the official photo policy. We’ll let you know what flies and what doesn’t before you get to the door.

The majority of our concerts are standing-room-only. If a show includes seating, it will be stated on the concert listing.

Band merchandise is available at their shows. Venue merchandise can be purchased through our online store and at select concerts, as well. We look forward to the opening of our online store this Fall of 2026.

No weapons of any kind. This includes (but is not limited to) knives, firearms, brass knuckles, swords, crossbows, medieval maces, ninja gear, lightsabers (real or Jedi-issued), nunchucks, battle axes, holy water sprinklers, irish darts, spears, tridents, flails, chainsaws, pitchforks or anything else designed to injure, intimidate or win a duel. If it could hurt someone — or looks like it belongs in a movie fight scene — it’s not coming in.
