- CASH IS KING: We are NOT a cashless venue, so bring on the green. We also accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Wallet, Google Pay
- THIRD PARTY TICKETS: Duval Hall and all venues owned & operated by the Duval County Fair Association do not offer verified resale and will not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through a third party ticket platform (StubHub, SeatGeek, Craigslist, random dude on the internet, etc. – the list is long). ETIX is Duval Hall’s official and only Ticket Provider.
- RULES OF THE ROOM: All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that ensures the safety, comfort and enjoyment of others. Any behavior that compromises the event experience or venue operations will not be tolerated. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Disorderly, aggressive, threatening or unlawful behavior, including physical altercations or intimidation.
- Any activity or conduct that endangers guests, staff, or performers.
- Use of profane, abusive or harassing language directed at other guests, staff or performers.
- Excessive or irresponsible use of alcohol or controlled substances.
- Display or use of obscene, discriminatory, or offensive gestures, language, signage, or attire, including content that targets or demeans an individual or group based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
- Failure to comply with instructions from venue staff, security personnel or law enforcement.
- Guests who violate this policy will be removed from the venue immediately and may be subject to further action at the discretion of venue management and law enforcement.
- RE-ENTRY: Once you have entered the venue, re-entry will not be allowed. We have a very strict policy on this, so please no arguing with Staff to go outside and re-enter.
- IMPORTANT: The majority of non-musical events presented at Duval Hall are third-party facility event rentals. Although our policies, rules and regulations still take precedent –these events are independently organized, controlled and executed by the renting organization -NOT by Duval Hall. Duval Hall and the Duval County Fair Association do not endorse, sponsor or participate in these events and have no involvement beyond the rental of the facility. Any opinions, content or activities associated with these events are solely those of the renting party. Any customer service issues/complaints/concerns or the like will be directed to the organizer(s) of the private rental.
- WHERE ARE MY TICKETS? WE’VE GOT YOU! Take a breath, this happens more often than you think. If you purchased your tickets through our website (DUVAL HALL) or Etix, you’re in good shape. If you didn’t -we can’t help you.
If you received a purchase confirmation, your digital tickets will be delivered to your email prior to the event. And if something still doesn’t look right, no stress — our Box Office team can locate your tickets using your name, email address, or order number if purchased through Duval Hall, Etix, and soon, Seat Relay. We cannot do this if you purchased your tickets through other ticket sellers that have nothing to do with our venue (ex: Stub Hub, Seat Geek, Vivid Seats, random dude on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, etc etc -the list is long). - SAFETY: To maintain a secure environment, all guests and their belongings are subject to inspection upon arrival.
- SMOKING/VAPE/TOBACCO: Vaping, smoking and all tobacco products (this includes “dip”) are allowed only in clearly marked, designated areas.
- CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE SHOW? If the show hasn’t sold out, you can purchase tickets at the box office once doors open and during the show
- ALCOHOL: Alcohol should be consumed responsibly and by only those 21 & up. Guests who appear impaired may be denied entry or further service.
- RESTRICTED ITEMS: Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, welcoming environment for all guests. Entry may be refused to anyone in possession of restricted items. Unlawful items will be confiscated and reported to the appropriate authorities. If a prohibited item is identified once inside the venue, it may be confiscated and may result in removal from the property. Please review the restricted items list here.
